Great item, but clumsy me

Great item, but clumsy me as soon as I apply item I drop my phone numerous times. Inevitably the glass shield shatters after so many drops. Need to purchase a few of these as they’re so good, but not as strong as I’d hoped.

Doesn’t even charge my phone

I have the iPhone 11 Pro and I just bought that case out of the box. I wirelessly charged it and it was full battery based on the indicator lights. Then I put it on my phone and tested the battery level again on the case and no lights turned on. Then I tried to turn on the charging mode and nothing happened. The case will stop working once I put it on my phone. I’m returning it and instead, I put the extra money into buying the Apple charging case and I love it much more than this Mophie case. The Apple case also includes a camera shutter button.

Not case friendly

Have always loved Zagg products but this one just did not work. It bubbled and cracked when the case was put on. Was very disappointed.

Easiest Install Yet!

I have had almost every iPhone made and I have purchased some type of Glass Elite covering from Zagg every time but I gotta tell you, this last install was the easiest EVER. I think it was the mat AND the frame but when you followed the directions (imperative with most things), push the center and wait (also imperative with most things), I had not one bubble. I was amazed at the simplicity. The shield looks like I bought it with the phone! Great improvements to product.
