Not satisfied with this device

Better than TV sound when it works. It used to work wirelessly, now it does not. I converted to HDMI arc, now sometime loud and sometimes very low. I am not a happy camper with this sound bar and cannot truthfully recommend. Is it worth sending back of obtaining a RMA, that is a catch 22.

Very poor very disappointing p

Very disappointed in this sound bar. It needs to be on max volume for everything and it still isn’t loud at all. My neighbour bought a JBL and it is FAR FAR louder, heavier base sound. I can have a conversation and hear the other person as clear as day, where as the JBL you cannot hear earth other talking.

Pending Installation Problems

I was unable to hook it up to my new LG television with the optic cable included, even after an hour with tech support. She told me to us an HDMI cable. There IS no HDMI-OUT plug on the TV. I will try an UPC cable and see. It works well with Bluetooth from my laptop. I will be happy to raise my rating once I can get it to work like it was meant to.

Great Sound From One Device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sound quality from this sound bar. The built-in subwoofer provides the right amount of bass when I am watching my favorite movies and shows. There are no extra wires or speakers to connect, making it truly wireless. This made it pretty easy to connect to my LG television with very little effort.
Unfortunately, I was not able to connect the sound bar to use the television remote to control the power, volume and modes, due to the television being an older model.
