This chromebook is so pretty!

I basically only used this computer to browse the internet. It's light and can travel around with me easily. Also, the Chromebook does its job very well. Some people complain about the monitor that it's not good enough. However, it's good enough for me. It's 14". I love that the battery last for 8 hours. That's amazing! This is one of the reasons why I bought this laptop. I love my HP Chromebook. It's so pretty! I got the white/blue green one. My friends saw my Chromebook and wanted one too. They were so surprised that it was so affordable. Cons? I did have a problem with some buttons on my keyboard but HP was able to fix it for me. Also, I can't print from my Chromebook. It's cloud based printing. That's a bummer. If you have a printer that is compatible with Chromebook then you'll be fine. All in all, I am so happy that I purchased this Chromebook and I am very satisfied with HP's warranty policies. I will definitely buy another laptop from here since they provide great customer service.

not good for students

I love how small this computer is, it is extremely easy to carry around in my backpack.I love the color. but I don't like that it does not have Microsoft.. Or print unless the computer you hook up the cloud print up is open and logged on. This is not a good computer if you are in school. It is very hard to do my work. But for entertainment purposes, it's perfect. It is extremely fast and I never find myself frustrated with waiting for a page to come up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I only returned the product because I am in college and it did not support Microsoft Office and adobe reader. Otherwise, it is a very nice product.

The Chromebook powers off after a couple seconds

My new Chromebook worked for just a few days then it began to power off within seconds of turning it on. I thought it wasn't charging so HP sent a new cord. That didn't help so I had to mail the whole thing to HP repair service. It is now being repaired and they say it appears to be a problem with the mother board. I wish HP would replace the lemon rather than try to repair it. I cannot rate the features and performance since I was only able to log on a few times before it died.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Keyboard stopped working

I am very disappointed in this product. After having the computer for a month, several keys stopped working. It is very disappointing because I bought this computer for homework and am now unable to type papers on it. I will probably not buy from HP again.

Exceptional quality and value with great features

One of the best purchases I have made. I bought this unit for my adult daughter; she loves it. It is very fast, graphic are fantastic, downloads and Internet are quick. sound quality is very good works well with speakers. I recommend this Chrome-book, it a great buy.
