Easy set up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never owned a hot tub in my life so I was very excited to try this one out. When I first received the package and opened it, I first read the directions which were very clear to understand. I would definitely say that putting this together with two people makes for an easy job. We put our hot tub on a tarp along with level sand and this worked extremely well. You use the pump itself to blow up the hot tub. Once this was done we simply followed the directions and hooked the tubs to their proper connection. We live in the mountains so it’s been cold here and took about 48 hours to get up to 104 degrees but it has maintained that temperature since then. I do suggest purchasing chemicals like bromine tablets and I had to use an anti foamer as well. In all this hot tub is totally amazing. With jets on all four corners and bubbles coming from the bottom. It really is like getting the ultimate spa treatment at home. I can’t stress enough how easy this was to put together and get running. If you have doubts about it at all I would say don’t worry one bit about this. The quality is better than I could have ever would have thought. I have a large dog that is very curious about what ever me and my husband are doing, he jumped up on the side wall to take a look….everything was perfect. For the price of this spa and the quality is it unmatched from others I have seen. I do hope you found this helpful and I know you will be just as surprised as I was to the amazing quality bestway has to offer.

This is great but it has its drawbacks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a hot tub is great! We didn't have to commit to building any sort of structure and deal with the expense of construction. The spa itself though needs A LOT of time to heat up water. Be ready to commit to 14+ hours of the machine running to get the water up to your desired temperature. That's a ton of electricity ($$). It pumps water wonderfully though and feels really nice. I couldn't enjoy it to it's fullest though because we've had a cold couple of weeks. I think what I'll do is warm up water and pour it in the middle and let the heating mechanism basically maintain the heat rather than warm it up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The quality is outstanding and sturdy. It was SO RELAXING and felt great especially at 104 degrees. We loved the adjustable hydrojets nozzles along the wall that released water bubbles combined with air jets on the bottom! Such a soothing hydrotherapy massage! And it is portable!

So much better than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this for grandkids and I to chill in. Fun little tub . A bit small for 4 adults, but great for the kids. Controls are easy and bubbles are nice. You sit in the bottom. Takes awhile (days) to heat up. It seems to be well constructed and very solid. Would recommend for the price.

Great Spa - Highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great spa for someone not wanting a permanent fixture and you can take this with you if you are planning to move or only want it up certain times of the year. Very easy to inflate and set up. Can be used year round though we will probably take it down for the coldest months of the winter as we live in New York but it does have an automatic Freeze Shield protection so it does not freeze to preserve its life. Only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because it says it only has a three year life expectancy which was a bit surprising when I read the manual otherwise it is highly recommended.
