Best Intex product yet!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a very easy setup/break down. The material is very durable and easy to clean. I was surprised by how bit it is, there is so much space and can fit about 8 people. The only downside I see is that the bubble/jet function only has one setting, I wish there was an option to lower the intensity. Despite this, I still rate it a 5/5 stars

I am literally disgusted regarding the level of support for this product. Our Hot tub/spa is literally one month out of warranty and they’re refusing to do anything to help even though they initially said they would. Without their help, we have a pile of junk. When it worked, it worked fine then it started shutting down and restarting on its own without heating leaving us with a tub of cold water. The problem began.while it was still under warranty; I am thoroughly disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works Great in very cold winters

Best Spa purchase I've made !!!
I live in Quebec Canada and I have had the Intex inflatable six person Spa since August. it is February now, our Spa is set to the max 40°C, whereas the outside temperature is currently MINUS 25°C !! It has even withstood Minus 40°C with the windchill. We use our Spa everyday and it is running flawlessly !!! My previous "Hardshell" spa did not withstand the cold winters here ; as the pipes inevitably froze and burst! Frankly, I purchased this inflatable spa as a trial, thinking it wouldn't withstand our winters either, and wasn't expensive to try it out.
Very Happy I was wrong and it works great!
