Upright pole dented and bent

I purchased this pool as an upgrade from our smaller 16 foot round. There is an upright pole that is dented in the middle and was not noticed until pool was setup and filled. I have not tried to source a replacement yet. We have not even used the pool and now I don’t know if I want to risk the dented pole breaking. Lack of instructions were also a nice touch.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lousy product!!

We bought this pool 2 years ago and it is lousy! several of the top rails have rusted and broken. It started to rust before the end of the first summer. We had to replace 2 of the uprights last summer. I would never buy another one of your products!!

Great pool for the family

I bought this pool last year and installed it last week. It is a great looking pool. We love it! Easy to assemble and we are very happy with the construction of the pool.

Love the size of pool

I've had several pools in my adult lifetime. The pool itself, I give it a 6 for a pool of this caliber. No skimmer, no shut off valves, very underpowered filter that is extremely frustrating and has poor instructions. Now I am currently looking for a filter for my brand new pool. I think this will probably be my last time purchasing a pool of this kind.
