The pool did not even last weeks. Faulty seems just let the water poor out

My girls saved their money to buy this pool. Their dad and I worked 6-8 hours today prepping, putting together everything only to loose 2500 gallons of water 😡. There was a hole at ground level where the seams met and water just started spilling out. We returned it to our local store but now they are out of stock and everywhere else is twice as much for the same model. Not happy at all!

My pool is a year old and the liner has came apart on the bottom at the seam over 3 feet! Total waste of money!

Don’t Waste Your Money

Bought this pool last year and it only lasted one Summer. Would never recommend this product to anyone. It’s not worth the money and very disappointed!

I got the same exact pool and 16 x 48… Didn’t have it for three months and it’s got a lot of rest on the connectors bars… Do yourself a favor and stay clear of best way pools… Google reviews of best way pools and you will see!

Save your money and water bill

I bought this yesterday and was so exited to have somewhere fun and relaxing to cool off. I took it home and set everything up and started filling it. As soon as I started to fill it I noticed several small leaks but thought that maybe I splashed some water while filling I let it fill the rest of the way over night and woke up to a full pool which I was super exited to come home and enjoy. I came home from work find the pool was no longer full and lost alot of water. It took almost 8 hours to fill and lost about 1/4 by the time I got home. Super sad that I payed as much as I did and it won’t hold water. I would ignore it but having to top it off takes forever and not to mention takes my water bill go way up in cost and that ontop of the price of the pool is enough to make me wish I didn’t buy it.

bestway steel pro Max 15x42 metal tubes rusted

I bought the Steel Pro Max 15x42 early in 2022, this is now July 2023 and I doubt it will make it till August, every single metal pipe going around the top has rusted, one is already rust through 3/4 of the pipe, just a matter of days for it to break through. Would never

We do apologize your frame appears to be rusting. Like most frame pools, they are rust resistant not rust proof. The elements and certain types of chemicals can cause the premature rusting of the frame. Bought this pool in June, filter doesn't work now and filter isn't strong enough to keep pool water moving. The inlets to the pump seem like they arent even sucking water to the pump. Pool is impossible to vacuum because the parts are so hard to remove so you cant vacuum, we had to buy a separate vacuum. I'll NEVER buy this kind of pool ever again. Had to buy a new filter pump after 2 months. Do not recommend at all.
