Great counter depth fridge.

Love the glass over stainless exterior as it is easy to clean and prevents dings.
Automated water dispenser with sensor allows you to fill your glass and not have to stand there waiting.
The counter depth has more space for storage than I anticipated.

This is one of my best decisions I have ever made. I thought because it is counter depth that it may be too small. Boy… was I ever wrong. It is very spacious! It just what my family needed.

Wait and see. This is my second. First was a dud!

So far so good.. This round. The first one I got was a dud. Did not work out of the box. Wires were not attached. Compressor was shot... So was a valve.. . And it was new! It took over 2 months to get a replacement. No apology. No compensation. 2 months! Looks beautiful. Let's see if this one works! So far, so good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Refrigerator keypad doesn’t work half the time and pops out in the corners.

A decent frige, but awful packaging!

I've only had the refridgerator for a couple days, so I can't speak to the long term use of it, but it looks wonderful. Many complained about this being a noisy refridgerator, but so far I haven't noticed anyting out of the ordinary. MY BIG complaint is the amout of plastic film and tape that covered the fridge to the point that I had to call for service to have it removed. Even then, the service people had to use a blow dryer, soapy microfiber cloth and a utility knife with a razor blade to get the plastic film off. The worst part was around the water/ice dispenser where it was stainless steel meeting metal and could easily have been damaged. The whole process of removal took several hours and multiple people. This is NOT a random occurence. I was told that all the new GE Cafe refridgerators are wrapped this way. AWFUL!
