Perfect Except For Wobbly Looking Front Fan

I quickly received my brand new pre-made system. It has one glaring issue, at least for me. A front fan, in the center, appears to wobble/shake due to a mis-aligned label and it will require moving fans from front to top to front, which I can't do myself and will have to find help. Otherwise, I would say it's perfect.

When the PC is running its great. When I first got the PC, every time I started the game I wanted to play, it would restart my entire PC. I called a few times and no one was able to figure out what was wrong. Jose was very helpful and eventually figured out I needed to update my Bios. When buying a prebuilt PC that is not something I feel like should of had to happen. My PC will crash randomly quite frequently and will completely restart itself. It has done this in game and while just searching the internet.
Overall, when it is running correctly there are no issues and is a huge step up from gaming on console. The bios thing and the random crashing/restarting is a little disappointing.

I just got this in the mail bout 4 hours ago. I was extremely wary about buying a PC honestly but after years of going back and forth in my mind about it and weeks of talking with me best friend about ideas I bit the bullet. Let me preface this by saying I have not had a computer since 2014 and let me tell you; This was 100% worth the price and the prebuilding. Granted I just got it but this moves faster than anything I could imagine. As someone 100% away from computers (only laptops since 2014) it was easier than ever to get set up. I had it up and running in 20 minutes. RGB wasn't when I had a PC back then but it was extremely easy to get my computer to the setting and colors I wanted (I went with Titanium, a free option through the pre downloaded software) . I want to update this in the coming weeks and months but for a base review, I cannot be happier. Well worth it.

I recently purchased this PC and I could not be happier! I've been wanting a gaming PC set up for years and this PC checked all the boxes for me. I'm also very impressed with how it handles heavy workloads without getting hot or bottlenecked. Flawless PC from a great company! 10/10

Computer runs great and was shipped quickly. My only gripe is that when the PC arrived, the fan control board was not hooked up to the motherboard and was hidden behind the back panel so it was tough to get to. Luckily I was able to get power to the fan controls and keep my computer from overheating. Once that was solved, I have no complaints.
