I have had this PC for 2 years now.
while not a perfect 2 years, it has exceeded my expectations.
At this point in time I have had one major issue that left me unable to use it and one minor issue where I can still use it.
Both times I was able to contact support and get the help I needed quite easily.
I don't regret purchasing this PC.

A much needed hardware upgrade.

Upgraded from a 6th Gen I7 to 13Gen I7 and So far everything that used to take several seconds to open runs faster and smother. I did order this PC and with in 30 minutes I sent in a support question about the mother board. No reply 6 days later. It lists Z790. But is that a M, h, a-x, a couple other longer models? I wanted more information then listed on the site. Like how many Ram slots? How many M.2s? Luckily it had an extra slot to install my spare. Only 2 ram slots though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good cooling, fps, is quiet, etc.

Working great on everything I have tried. The cooling is AMAZING and I get up to 3500 fps on minecraft. Very happy
