About a month after I had set it up, the SSD broke on me, just a factory defect. Despite it being over the Christmas holidays, they got back to me quickly and sent a replacement hard drive. Great customer service!
The computer runs great. For the price, it's a rock solid gaming rig for the next few years and, in addition to being absolutely gorgeous, has room to expand. I've already installed a second hard drive without issue. The setup was extremely hands-off out of the box and I haven't had any other issues, but I would have faith in the customer service to fix them if they showed up.
I didn't think I'd be a fan of the RBG, but with the impeccable components inside, I'm really enjoying it. It isn't the quietest of rigs, but I've had custom built ones that made much more noise, so I'm content.

I got this computer shortly before the holidays. All of my favorite titles (Witcher 3, Total War Warhammer 2 & Conan Unconquered) start up quickly and run well on it. Set up was straight forward and easy. I would Highly recommend this pc to other gammers with out pc building experience.

I ordered this PC back in October and I am fully satisfied with my purchase. My only concern with the build was that the CPU fan was the AMD stock fan, so I replaced it with CM Hyper 212 EVO to ensure the CPU's temperatures remained low. Other than that, the craftsmanship of the build is top tier.

This a great starter PC for those getting into gaming. Lots of room to update down the road and get the feel of a power pc. HDD has good speed and RAM is decent. Graphics are top notch and chassi is sleek, quiet, and cool to the cpu. will definately spread the word and be buying from here again.
