When the PC is running its great. When I first got the PC, every time I started the game I wanted to play, it would restart my entire PC. I called a few times and no one was able to figure out what was wrong. Jose was very helpful and eventually figured out I needed to update my Bios. When buying a prebuilt PC that is not something I feel like should of had to happen. My PC will crash randomly quite frequently and will completely restart itself. It has done this in game and while just searching the internet.
Overall, when it is running correctly there are no issues and is a huge step up from gaming on console. The bios thing and the random crashing/restarting is a little disappointing.

I wanted a first time PC Tower for gaming with my friends. A buddy of mine who owns a blaze II recommended the Chronos to me based on my needs (weekend MMO/FPS online gaming at high/ultra settings). The tower arrived after only a few days and was easy to set up and get running. Ran smoothly and even came with a keyboard and mouse much to my surprise! Runs flawlessly with my ASUS VG289 and the RGB lights are super easy to use. The glass panel is simple to remove if you ever want to upgrade your hardware and their response on customer service is top notch. Thank you Skytech!

I love this PC! It's price to performance ratio is great. The parts in the computer are pretty difficult to get your hands on as well, so that's a plus. I booted it up with no problems whatsoever due to the included instructions. Also, if you do have any problems there is an included troubleshooting guide with some great advice. I'm in love with the included RGB keyboard and mouse. The frames I get are great with it hitting almost 500 frames per second in my favorite games. The RGB on the pc itself is spectacular too. The vibrant colors bring a nice pop to this gaming beast. The cooling is great because of the high quality parts and the amazing airflow case. All in all it's one of the greatest pre-builts on the market thanks to its great performance, parts, and company. Thank you Skytech Gaming!

Absolutely amazing. As soon as I got the desktop, I download Photoshop & Premiere Pro and a game (Dead by Daylight) on ultra graphics. The game still ran so smoothly on 60 fps with Premiere Pro exporting a 4k video and it was so smooth!! Recommend if you need a great computer as a full-time student but do not need to have the best option.

Was appreciative that the pc did not come with bloatware, and had updated drivers for the mobo.
PC came packaged very well, the front mesh is a bit ajar and came with some tape that was off, had to tape it myself but otherwise built pretty well.
Took a bit longer than expected to ship out, but in todays market + covid its very understandable.

This is my first time purchasing from this company and so far I am impressed. I ordered it late Friday 1/24/2020 through Google Shop and it was delivered Thursday 1/30/2020. It was packaged very well had foam to keep the internal components from moving and was in a cloth bag to protect the case, and then in the normal external foam in the shipping box. It came with a nice RGB keyboard and Mouse. Once I let it warm up and got it all connected and hooked up it powered right up and was off and running. Extremely fast and quite, its a great computer. The only small issue I have had so far is that there is three spots for internal 2.5 HD's and there are only two carriers to mount the drives. One used by the included drive. and there is one extra. So there is spots to add two more drives but there is only one carrier. I have recently contacted support to see what they have to say about this.
As for the parts in the PC you are getting quality components for a great price.
Mine came with: NVIDIA 2070 Super, Kratos 650 Gold PS, PNY SSD, GeIL EVO POTENZA memory, ASROCK B450M a/c mother board and the AMD Ryzen 7 2700x processor.

I've been thrilled with my new Chronos! The estimate for build time was accurate and set up was incredibly easy. Had everything unboxed, checked connections and was up and running in no time. I've had it for about a month now and it runs like a champ! It replaced a 7 year-old mid-range gaming PC and I'm just floored by how well it handles everything. I've been running Elden Ring maxed out for long periods of time and it doesn't hiccup.
The only criticism I have is that I would have liked a little documentation on how to adjust the LEDs. But, the folks in the online chat got me squared away quickly.
Bottom line: I'm impressed!
