Will not work with FS on XBOX One!

What a misleading product name: FS Edition for XBOX Series X|S / XBOX One / PC -- but to begin with, nor FS2020 or FS2024 is playable on XBOX One consoles. You could, through cloud gaming, but Cloud Gaming will NEVER detect your stick no matter what.
Yes, the console knows it's there, and will respond to button clicks and stick movements in general (outside the game itself), but those commands won't reach the Cloud. So there's no reason for keeping it anymore. Returning it, sadly.
Side rant: it is designed with the throttle lever on the left side of the combo. Although you can detach the two pieces and somehow swap their sides, the buttons placement is awkward, the palm rest is uncomfortable, and the cable linking the two also gets pulled in the opposite direction. In a normal cockpit seating position of the primary pilot, the stick is on the left-hand side (Airbus style) and the levers are always on the right-hand side.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best bang for the buck

When I was Christmas shopping I stumbled across one of these at my local Best Buy and at first like a good person I thought who I could buy but at the end I chose me, and good thing I did I’ve need having a blast playing different games like flight sim and war thunder. The controllers add an extra feel of realism to the whatever game you play and tho I’ve only had it for a couple of weeks I can sure say it feels good quality. So far I’ve had no issues connecting it, it’s just been plug and play.
I would recommend this to a friend!
