Uncomfortable, doesn't sit in place on head

Audio is what you would expect for price. Ear cushions do not sit comfortably around my ears, nor does it stay in place on my head. If I were doing homework and had to look down, the headphones would shift down. Overall, I would go for a different everyday gaming headset

Solid, Reliable and Practical

Souns is A1 for my part and very immersive!
I play Mass Effect: Andromeda, Skyrim, many simulation games like Planet Zoo and City Skyline and it makes the experience even better !
The look is very homogenous, stylish but no vibrant colours. Personally i like that. The microphone is retractable wish i LOVE because i don’t want to find my cat chewing on it lol. My Prism application recognized it right away and my pc too!

Good items but a lot of packaging for such a simple product. The item is a little worse with noise suppression than I expected but not bad for the price.

BROKEN LESS THAN 2 MONTHS, CAN'T RETURN

1. Fit isn't comfortable on my head whatsoever.
2. BROKEN after less than 2 months of use, and I can't return it.
3. Paid 65 DOLLARS for a mid experience of 2 MONTHS MAXIMUM.

Snapped in half within 1 month

The hinge above the ear cup snapped from picking it up. This is only after 1 month of use. While doing the RMA process with SteelSeries, the other hinge snapped. Sound dampening is near nonexistent. The cord alone makes a loud sound in the headphone when it brushes against anything at all. Terrible product.

Broken within a year

I purchased these headphones last year, and despite diligently caring for them, they unfortunately broke. It seems that the repeated action of taking them on and off may have contributed to the issue. The right ear has completely detached and is now hanging on by its cable.
Fortunately I got the warranty on them so I'll be making a trip to Best Buy for an equal or greater value headset exchange.

It sounds good, the app is good and has lots of settings. The ability to set a different eq for each source is really nice. However, the screws holding the ear cups to the band fall out fairly often now. And the screws are small, and sort of easy to lose. Overall I’d say it’s a decent headset, but if a screw falls out, look if you can use loctite or something to prevent them from falling out because they will fall out again eventually even if you tighten them a good amount
