The positive is, they had good service and replaced my coffee maker that was less than a year old with a new one. The negative is it’s the second Keurig that I’ve had quit working in less than a year.
This coffeemaker was sent as a replacement for a faulty Keurig coffeemaker. Within days it started to operate incorrectly. It’s such a hassle to report a faulty brewer with Keurig that I’m done.
I bought this a few weeks ago when my larger Keurig stopped working after less than a year. And - that was a replacement for the previous one that stopped working. This one is a simpler version. We use reuseable cups and the coffee grounds overflow onto the top of the cup. Online suggests we use less coffee, but that doesn't work. If you go with this one, good luck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
