My original one was ok ,but I wanted 12 ounces. So I ordered this one. Great machine works great and i like it! Would order it again. Just wish I could adjust the temperature.

I have 2 complaints regarding this model:
1. Need to fill it up well before the reservoir depletes. Looks like a good 18oz is left in the reservoir when the fill light comes on.
2. Seems it doesnt heat up the coffee as hot as other models

I originally got this machine to free up counter space, I started with the K cafe. I never had issues with that one, I wish I kept it. The K express has been nothing but a problem. Even every replacement I get, I have issues with. Very disappointed. Wish I could go back to the K cafe honestly.

I still prefer the taste of coffee from a drip coffee maker, but the Keurig is much easier to use in the RV.
