The first keurig I bought leaked water at the base. I called customer service and the sent me a brand new machine at no cost. It is working well and I’m very happy with the service.
I bought two of the K-Express Coffee Makers. My husband likes 'strong' flavors and I needed my own coffee maker for flavored coffee and to avoid mixing the two flavors. Making coffee could not be any easier with just one button to push!
I bought this slim Keurig brewer to put in my bathroom because-well-I just can’t wait for that 1st cup. Works perfectly like every other Keurig and I would have loved a white one, but didn’t want to pay the extra cost. Nobody but me sees it anyway. I love it.
I’ve had it for a month and am very pleased. I have an earlier version without a reservoir, so having one on this model makes getting a good cup of coffee so easy!
After getting hooked on using our roommate's Keurig we had to find a replacement when he decided to move out and couldn't be happier with this one. We never really used any of the other, special features that his larger Keurig had, so everything about this model actually made a lot more sense for us. If all you're going to do is pop a kcup in and hit brew, you really don't need anything an extra large unit taking up a bunch of space on your counter. Come to think of it, his considerably larger model didn't have the "strong brew" button, which really makes a difference by the way. And this one going up to 12oz is awesome. If you're buying your first, I promise that's important. It's weird they don't make them with even bigger cups as an option
I purchased this to replace a full size Keurig that stopped working. I love the size and the look of it. It seems that the brewing cycle is slow and a bit sloppy (it splashes), but it serves its purpose.
I purchased the K-Express not long ago, when I was having a problem, I contacted Keurig and explained what was happening, I had a replacement in just a few days. I couldn't have been happier with the service and the replacement. Thanks for standing behind your product
