Everything was fine. The only problem I'm having is the refillable Keurig pods. I bought the parts that said correct refillable pods and it doesn't fit could you please tell me what kind of Keurig pods I should be buying
So far, the coffee maker works like a charm. Only problem is that I can't get it registered. I'm still waiting - even sent the serial number in a pic. QR code won't acknowledge the serial number even as it copies it into the form. No typos from a human...

I had a problem with my K-Express after several months of having it. I contacted the company online, followed their instructions, was approved for a replacement. Now our early mornings are back on track!!! Thanks!
