After 6 weeks, my keurig stopped mid serve. I reached out to customer support and she ran me through the troubleshooting process. Shortly after, I was told keurig would replace the product. Thank you!
Our Keirig died 4 days after the end of the one year warranty. I called their warranty dovision and they said no problem and honored the replacement. It took a bit of time to recieve due to holiday mailings, but arrived and now we can enjoy the brewed keurig coffee!!
Very pleasant and professional customer service. Very impressed. I wish I remembered the lady's name. Fast service and very easy. New machine works great. I've been using Kureg for 14 years and I'll use them for the next 14 years as well.
