I love my Keurig coffee maker and was so bummed when it stopped working. But it was warranted and so I called and they came through with my 10 star rating, It was replaced after a little phone supported trouble shooting to no avail. It is a fine coffee maker if it lasts. My first one broke in ten days. Keurig replaced it, hopefully it was just a quirk and this one will last a few years. We make about 5-8 coffees in it a day.

I really like this machine because it fits beneath my upper cabinets. It has all the necessary functions and works great while it works. The downside is that it splashes the counter with coffee every time, no matter what size is selected. I will look forward to seeing if the replacement machine lasts beyond the warranty period. I hope so, it's the perfect machine for minimal use
