Perfect for mornings!

I wake up and for the first 10 or 15 minutes I'm more or less stupid. This machine is perfect for me. It has a tiny footprint, it heats water instantly, and only 1 button to push to make coffee. No preheating. It is ready to brew as soon as you lift the lid. It makes the same quality coffee that my last keurig (10 years old) did but none of the touchscreen nonsense that most of us use once and then never again.

Machine died in under 1 year

I decided to do a descale on this product using the Keurig brand brewer cleanse kit and after the machine stopped working entirely. This product was less than a year old and it broke after using Keurig's own product to clean it. I Reached out to customer service and was told that the machine is out of warranty and I would have to by a new one. i do not recommend this product.
