In our family my wife was the coffee drinker but I recently started drinking it and this coffee maker makes it very convenient as she does not know from day to day how much she will drink so there is no waste.

I had the K-Express Single Serve Coffee Maker for approximately 6 months. It stopped working. When I plugged it in the power did not come on.
Since I was still under warranty, I was sent a replacement within a few days.
The company was very helpful and professional.

This is the second coffee maker I have had that has just stopped. It would call for water and the water container was full. I would put the pod in and it would spit and would have coffee grounds all over. I have followed all the directions . Not happy. Is it this so called
New One that is not working? as I know others that have a different Keurig and they aren't having the problems as I am with this one.

after i called them i asked about an upgrade and they gave me several choices. the warranty process was handled professionally and with relative ease. i asked what the additional cost was to me re he upgrade and they said zero....wow and my new Keurig works great!!!!!!!!!

Died Quickly

I purchased the Express model in November of 2022 and used it 5 days of the week for 1-2 cups of coffee. I went to use it on February 1, 2023 and only a dribble came out. The lights flash quickly, then go out. I tried 'resetting' it as recommended, but now it won't even pretend to work.

The K-Express is our 4th Keurig. We like their partnership with Community Coffee. We use no other types of coffee makers. We always travel with our Keurig so it was important for the new one to be compact. This one is very simple to operate and brews a great cup every time. It was shipped without a complete pod holder assembly. One call to Keurig resulted in a replacement part shipped to us quickly. We highly recommend Keurig and especially the K-Express.
