It's unfortunate my Keurig failed just short of a year. But Customer Service associates came to bear fruit. I was sent a new maker, and all is great! Big Kudos to All!!!
Works fine, but requires reservior to be more than a third full prior to activating brewing. Makes a full cup of 12 ounce coffee. One cup is all I need to start the day.
I hear that you are having problems with the descale light even though the operator follows all the procedures to descale so I hope the replacement (thank you) does not have the same problem and your manufacturer has fixed the problem. The coffee maker finally just quit working so I discarded it a few days before receiving the replacement and thank you for following through on the warranty.
Had a little problem w the machine about 8 months after purchase. However bc it was within the 1 yr warranty it was replaced at lightening speed =) was very surprised by such quick response. Thank you Keurig.
