Was surprised to recieve a Refurbished machine as a replacement for my original New machine (which had only lasted one week). I was leary, but so far... this one has passed the first week without incident. Keeping fingers crossed... the jury is still out.
I have loved using my single serve Keurig coffee maker. When I had issues with the descaling that we couldn't fix when I called in. Keurig replaced my machine! Now I am enjoying great coffee again. Super customer service
We had trouble cleaning our K-Express Single Serve Coffee Maker so I called customer service for advise. After they helped me trouble shoot the problem the coffee maker was broken. They honored my warranty and sent me a new coffee maker PRONTO!
How often does THAT happen? After verifying it was indeed a Keurig K-Express, the great people at customer service immediately sent me a new machine which works perfectly. I only drink one cup of coffee each morning and I love this little gem!
I love this machine! It brews a cup of coffee so quickly and it is so easy to use. My first one stopped working within the first year I had it and thankfully Keurig replaced it.
I never wanted a Keurig coffee maker but I received one for my anniversary and LOVED it. after descaling it for the first time after using it 6 months it wouldn't work so I called Keurig and told them the problem. They had me send then a picture of the machine with a picture of the serial number and replaced it with no questions asked stating that a new 1 year warranty would also go along with the new appliance.
Replaced by Keurig for a defective machine, have used Keurig coffee makers for years, but have to say I am very disappointed in this replacement Keurig I’ve received, the coffee I brew seems to hve a bad taste no matter what flavor I try
