My keurig stopped working after a few months. I spoke with representative that helped me to troubleshoot. I couldn’t get it to work so keurig helped me to get it replaced. Very easy and fast!!!
Loved the space-saving design. Lasted less than six months, making about 8 cups a day. Keurig was kind enough to send me a replacement since the original was still under warranty. The replacement did not work right out of the box...didn't consistently dispense the right number of ounces, water leaked out of the bottom.
Had a little trouble with what exactly you needed for the warranty exchange but got through it with very helpful information a couple of phone calls later I got it to you. Sent the old one back ups you 3/1/2023. Thanks
This was a replacement for a cheaper model. This one is much better than the one I previously had. It’s fast and sufficient. Doesn’t do anything special no latte or anything just coffee. The rep said they’d send me a variety sample box of coffee but never did.
