I bought this to replace my Kuerig Smart coffee maker which broke after less than two years. This is the least expensive model but serves my needs. I just want a mug of coffee for breakfast.

after i called them i asked about an upgrade and they gave me several choices. the warranty process was handled professionally and with relative ease. i asked what the additional cost was to me re he upgrade and they said zero....wow and my new Keurig works great!!!!!!!!!
I had the K-Express Single Serve Coffee Maker for approximately 6 months. It stopped working. When I plugged it in the power did not come on. Since I was still under warranty, I was sent a replacement within a few days. The company was very helpful and professional.
In our family my wife was the coffee drinker but I recently started drinking it and this coffee maker makes it very convenient as she does not know from day to day how much she will drink so there is no waste.
This keyring k express single cup brewer was a replacement. Our first brewer was defective. Customer service was semi easy to work with. Each time I called, the person had such an accent it was difficult to understand. Replacement brewer came quickly after I supplied necessary documentation.
Great product from a great company. I’m this day and age, I’ve really been impressed by their going above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy.
