I was so sad when my last one died after only a year, (which is why 4 stars) But the people st Keurig helped me very quickly to replace it with a new one and I'll be forever grateful. It's one of few coffee makers that has a "Strong" function for brewing. If my coffee doesn't make my hair stand on end then what good is that?

Purchased for work to share with a few employees. Works as described except you can taste coco if someone used it before for that in coffee or tea. Or vice versa. So unless your okay with those flavor profiles left over between uses or want to clean it after or before every use this may not be the best choice
