This is a replacement and I was very happy with the previous unit. I know this unit will do just as well. I have peace of mind knowing Keurig backs its products with warranty replacement.
I had a problem with my 1st coffee maker and I contacted Keurig and they replaced it. After a few weeks the new one started leaking like the 1st one, I contacted Keurig again and they sent me a choice of 2 different ones and I choice the K-Express and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. Thank you Keurig

I purchased this to replace a full size Keurig that stopped working. I love the size and the look of it. It seems that the brewing cycle is slow and a bit sloppy (it splashes), but it serves its purpose.
I’ve had it for a month and am very pleased. I have an earlier version without a reservoir, so having one on this model makes getting a good cup of coffee so easy!
The first keurig I bought leaked water at the base. I called customer service and the sent me a brand new machine at no cost. It is working well and I’m very happy with the service.
We’ve been using this for about a month now after having a larger K-Classic with the reservoir on the side. We like the smaller space that it uses, but the reservoir is harder to fill using the spray nozzle on the kitchen faucet (like we did for the old one), and the buttons are harder for my husband’s big fingers to use when he puts a cup on the tray. Still makes good tasting coffee.
