I love this coffee maker. I love everything about it. I love that it’s slim and fits on my counter perfectly. I love that my cup of coffee brews instantly. I love that I don’t have to keep adding water every time I want a cup of coffee, it’s already there in the back; and when I need to add more, it lets me know. And when I have to descale it, it will let me know about that too.

Very poor design. There is no way to raise the coffee cup or lower the spout so the coffee splashes against the back of the keurig and over the side of the cup. ALSO, The lowest setting fills a normal coffee cup to the brim so it spills when trying to move it and no room for cream. I want my old Keurig back with which I could just enter the amount of water I wanted to brew.
