Garbage product. I had it for less than two weeks and it stopped working. All the lights flash and it stops brewing as soon as it starts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is compact but not great product. Brewing is very slow. The power cord is very short. You have to make an outlet for it.i really appriciated whoever designed/decided to put short cord.

I love this machine so much. I was hesitant to purchase at first, but so satisfied I took the chance and bought it.. my coffee is ready in 30 seconds.. buy it!
I purchased this coffee maker for a friend whose Keurig lost its life. He absolutely loves the compact footprint of this machine as well as the fact that his coffee comes out hotter than with his previous Keurig. The amount of coffee dispensed is also more accurate than the previous one. This machine was a home run!
This is my third Keurig. My first one lasted like 7 years. But this one I got on sale. It was delivered fast. Worked right out of the box. Love the strong brew button. Love the 42 oz reservoir. The only thing I would like more, is if it had a 16 oz option. But other than that it's pourfect. Thank you Keurig.
