Died Quickly

I purchased the Express model in November of 2022 and used it 5 days of the week for 1-2 cups of coffee. I went to use it on February 1, 2023 and only a dribble came out. The lights flash quickly, then go out. I tried 'resetting' it as recommended, but now it won't even pretend to work. Very disappointed. Worst part is, I have no idea what happened
I recently had to replace my old keurig. I had originally thought I wanted one of the larger models, the price was really high. And after all it's just a cup of coffee. So I spent time, 3 days, researching all the different models and figured out which features were most important to me. I decided on the Keurig Express, 42 oz. water reserve, cup size perfect for me, 8, 10, 12. And the size of the machine itself was great. It also had the strength button. It's worth taking the time to see all of what's out there, figure out what you personally want. I love it.

Was Great Briefly but Broke

I started using my new Keurig 2 weeks ago and it broke yesterday. It was fine the day before. Now it won't brew even without a pod.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this when my old Keurig died. This takes up less space then my old brewer and less time. I really like it has the strong feature button on this.
We are very pleased with our new streamline Keurig. Having the stronger coffee "option" certainly makes a difference! Our machine is very quiet too! Glad we stayed with you!
