My machine broke. Stayed on the phone with tech and we could not fix it. He told me I could purchase a new machine, however, it was twice what I paid for it 5 years ago. Needless to say I did not purchase a new machine.

My previous Keurig did not last one year! This one is very cheaply made and doesn’t include a water filter and holder. I am currently researching other brands, so when this one stops working in maybe a year, I can switch to a different coffee maker. Keurig is not the quality product it used to be.

I loved my last Keurig Coffee Maker that I enjoyed for many years, and this one is even better! The water reservoir is easier to use than measuring out each cup, and this unit makes my coffee in about a third of the time of the previous one.
