My previous Keurig did not last one year! This one is very cheaply made and doesn’t include a water filter and holder. I am currently researching other brands, so when this one stops working in maybe a year, I can switch to a different coffee maker. Keurig is not the quality product it used to be.

Not user friendly. The brew controls are not easily accessible once a cup is in place. The closing of the lid to puncture the pod requires too much pressure.l

Finicky regarding insertion of k cup. Doesn’t always piece hole into both ends of pod leaving the mixture still in the pod even though hot water poured into cup.
