This model doesn't hold as much water as I expected. The add water light comes on too soon compared to other models so you may as well have a smaller reservoir. It also "spits" coffee around while extracting it in your cup so I have to wipe up each time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quality is very poor. All plastic parts are flimsy. Wonder how long it will last. I've owned several kuerig makers and they don't seen to last more than 2 years.

I like the fact you can choose what size cup you want. No more wasted coffee is a big plus. It’s easy to use too. Sometimes I wish it were a little hotter, but that is an easy fix. Very happy with this coffee maker. Love it!
