The return procedure was excellent. However, three prior machines failed. If this one fails, we'll never buy another Keurig. Time will tell.

Actually it is a replacement under warranty

I like this model, my original quit working and Keurig replaced the original with this one under warranty. Hopefully, the replacement will work longer than the original. I love the device, it makes a good cup of coffee. I just hope it keeps working
