Worked good for a week and is now malfunctioning.

The coffee maker seemed to work good when I first got it and now that it is about a week old, it is doing weird things such as only sending a couple ounces through the pod when I have picked 12 ounces. It will stop short of a brew mode and say it needs water even though the water resivour is a third full or I am in the filling process while it is brewing.. All in all I don't know if it is in breakin mode or defect mode. I would not get anoter one of these.

Great size but features aren't improved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size of this unit is great for countertops due to the narrow size but deep design with enough clearance to fit under the upper cabinets. I like how you can use different size mugs, but the water jug has several problems. Besides dripping water on the floor when carrying it to refill it, it must be refilled to 1/3 full before the add water light turns off which seems way higher than a single cup brew would require. Then when you place the full water jug back on the unit, you have to turn it off and then back on AND you have to open and reclose the pod before it realizes the refill. Finally, when brewing, coffee is sprayed on the countertop around the unit which should have been resolved after several years of designing these machines.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought mine a few weeks ago for my office and i’ve loved it. I did notice that my keurig doesn’t let me fit the filter so I can put ground coffee. I’m trying to figure out if it’s just mine or they just don’t do that. Other than that I like mine.
