It makes great coffee. However, the descaling process is problematic (process seems to vary based on the phase of the moon. Also difficult to initially find the correct descaling process.
The replacement process for my Keurig Express was swift and easy. There was no questioning at all. The company was just concerned with making the customer happy. There was a slight malfunction with the descaling process.
