I am extremely happy with this coffee maker. It makes coffee quickly (no long wait for the water to heat up). I, and my wife, also like the slim design with the reservoir in the back so that it uses less counter space in our small apartment kitchen.

I replaced my Mini after a few years of service. I was happy to have a reservoir and various cup sizes. Problem is, it's hit of miss on 12 oz coffee sizes. My wife like 10oz I like 12oz. it is hit or miss whether i will get a full cup or 1/2 full cup. otherwise it brews fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We had one of the “single cup” Keurig coffee makers. This K Express is a great improvement! Allows us to brew strong cups of coffee and 3 cups before we have to refill.
