We are hoping that the replacement will be much dependable and DURABLE than the original one that turned out defective after just a month or so of use. This new one seems to be running fine so far. Reason for our 4 star rating - We will need a month for us to get a final review of this replacement. So crossing our fingers.
It took 4 phone calls, several emails, all with the same information to get this replacement. Got the felling the company was hoping I’d get discouraged and give up!! Not happening.
The entire process of making a claim to providing the requested information on the form was simple. The new Machine arrived within a few days and it works perfectly. The person I spoke with was very helpful and courteous!
Agent was very thorough and methodical guiding me through performance of several tests on my Keurig. After failing several tests, she determined that the machine was defective and should be replaced. She requested model and serial Number information and advised how to submit additional info relating to my claim. Shipment of the replacement machine was prompt, as promised.
