First time this has happened. We have purchased several Keurig's thus far. Every cup has grounds outside of the pod, overspilled in the coffee maker and inside our cups with the coffee. Not a pleasant outcome or experience!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It took me awhile to find a maker and was excited to get it. I love the water feature you don't have to keep filling ,but when it's only half full you have to add more water. Not right returning it. Keurig didn't help with problem

Was happy to purchase a smaller brewer for our kitchen counter but happiness was short-lived. Fourth cup of coffee was interrupted to Add Water. Cup will over-fill if brewer is re-started and K-Cup may "explode".

This single serve coffee maker is great! Once I learned the importance of using the cleaner, I bought another, even though the first I bought stopped working. It was because of the need to descale, etc.

I like the new K Express Single very much. Have always had the larger size Keurigs but now have a small kitchen and this fits well and does all I need. The coffee tastes very dark and rich, just as I like it
