[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only use the genuine HP laser jet toner cartridges for my printer, and have had no problems since doing this. I have had unfortunate experiences with refilled or "equivalent" cartridges.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always get the HP brand color toner for my HP Color Laserjet MFP476 because I know I can count on the print quality and performance (getting nearly 2000 pages per cartridge) from the first page to the 2000th page; I tried recycled cartridges and other brands, and they don't come close to the HP brand.
