The product seems to work fine, but I do not appreciate the continual needling to do a review. This is an annoying aspect of shopping online. Robots can do an amazing work of needling. This works fine for execs who want to increase productivity, but it puts more work on the consumer. With everyone doing it, it gets bothersome.

I had to order the dual pack separately. I will only use one cartridge.

I was gong to buy a new printer but I decided
I bought new HP genuine black cartridge to fix smeared print outs. This fixed my printout issues they are clear and crisp. I will always buy genuine cartridges you get what you pay for. This was better then buying a new printer or fuses.
