Don't buy the ink costs more than the printer and is hard to find

Difficult to replace ink cartridges & no autoclean

The ink cartridges have to go inside a removable sleeve, it is difficult and wonky to replace. No auto cleaning, must be done manually. Have lots of color ink issues, including faded colors and colors are often much different than the document.

I made a mistake when I purchased this machine. My business needs a machine with copy, fax and scan capability. This machine has none of those capabilities.

Great color printer!

I can easily sit on my couch and send pictures from my phone to the printer and it prints the best quality of pictures I have ever seen. I have received this printer complimentary and absolutely love it. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer came with ink ribbons easy to set up and get to printing quickly. Do wish the controls were more up to date and i didnt have to push buttons till you get to the right number or letter to type in things like network password. Gave me flash backs of the old flip phones. But after you get it all set up the print quality and speed are amazing! It is super quiet which is great too. The bluetooth makes it so easy to send documents and pictures to print and i had no complications with the connection. The infor this printer is very expensive. But the refill program you can sign up for really helps out, i remember this service from my office manager days. This would be a great printer for a business setting. It is large and heavy though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first laser printer, so I didn’t know what to expect. Let me start off by saying that this is not a small printer. It’s big and it’s heavy, and has a larger footprint than the inkjet printer that it’s replacing. It was easy to set up and directions were clear. I like that you have the option of setting up auto ink and toner delivery when the printer shows it’s getting low. It’s Bluetooth, so I tend to print straight from my phone which I love. I can literally set it up to print no matter where I am in my house. It prints clear, even on standard paper. I have a feeling this thing is going to get a lot of use!

Last printer you will ever need to buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am impressed with how easy it was to set up. It took less than 2 minutes to connect to my wifi ( no need for a phone. You can do it from the printer). Instructions come in different languages but you don't need them. It's that easy!!
As far as quality, the quality is very good. I printed a picture straight from my cell phone on regular copy paper and you can tell the details on my phone are the same as the printed picture. It is also very quiet. We have (should I say had) 2 other printer and they can't compare.
My only negative comment is " it's a little big" compared to the other 2 compact printers we had so I had to reconfigure the space.
Other than that, this will be our printer for a very long time. It's quiet, it's pretty fast and the quality is very good.
