I'm sorry that you have a confusing situation. The product shown for this review is an imaging drum. There is also a cartridge used by this type of printer. Not sure if you need both, but they are both available to order.

Toner cartridge fine. Computer registers low toner

Ordered laser printer toner, installed it and prints great.
For some reason the printer is sending the message to the computer that it is low on ink and I get multiple popups every time I print.
Overall, the toner cartridge works great.
