I enjoy 2-3 cups of this brand each day and usually buy the large box from a "big box" store. This time as I used pods from the box, I noticed finely ground coffee on the outside of the pods. One of the pods at the bottom of the carton had gotten crushed during packing and there was coffee everywhere! I called Keurig and explained the circumstances and the company replaced the entire box. I have loved Gloria Jean's Hazelnut coffee for years and for the 1st time it was bitter and lacked the roasted flavor I was looking for.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
