To be fair, I am not generally a hazelnut fan. I don't dislike it, it's just not my favorite flavor. Perhaps if I was more enthusiastic about hazelnut in general, I'd have found more to like about this coffee. That being said, I tried the Millstone Hazelnut Cream from the grocery store and really liked it, so my displeasure with the Gloria Jeans Hazelnut isn't entirely a result of my hazelnut prejudice. I will say that it has a fantastic aroma. But the flavor is just...off. I don't know if it's artificial, bitter, chemical or what, it just wasn't pleasant for me. It wasn't undrinkable, I finished the box, but I was glad to be done with it and won't be ordering it again.

Cons: Unpleasant Aftertaste, Unpleasant Flavor, Unbalanced Or Sharp Acidity

Tried really hard to love this coffee

This was the very first Hazelnut K-cup I tried. I really tried so hard to love it. I am a huge hazelnut coffee fan but the tar-y flavor/aftertaste just couldn't let me love this coffee. I am now a huge fan of Millstone's hazelnut cream and will never go back.

First taste was nice, but acidic. After that, just OK. Watery, hardly any aroma. Just seemed blah

I myself was "hooked" on the Millstone Hazelnut Cream, but because of a shortage in supplies, I had no choice other than to at least try this one because my 1st cup everyday was the Hazelnut. Well, I ended up really liking it. And when my Millstone finally came in and I had a cup, I had to do a comparison with the 2 and I must say it is really close. I think flavored coffees generally are a personal preference, so it all depends on what you like. I think it tastes natural not chemical. I do not use sugar, only light cream in my coffee. I feel like it's a really rich flavor and can't live without it :)
Pros: Not Bitter, Balanced Acidity, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Pleasing Roast, Smooth Taste, Pleasing Aroma, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor

Heaven in a cup

I am completely head-over-heels for this coffee! Add a splash of cream and a little sugar and it literally is like heaven in a cup! Better than any Starbucks or expensive main stream coffees. Wish I would've ordered two boxes!

One of the first K-cup samples I tried and I really enjoyed it! I do add cream to my coffee and this was very smooth and mild. There was just enough of the Hazelnut flavor. I will be reordering this one. I think those who prefer stronger, bolder coffee flavors probably will not care for this. It is very mild.
