Was a little difficult to set up initially and customer support was lacking. It took me twice to get it setup with chat assistance because the first rep wasn't real clear on anything. Works good otherwise. Easy to change paper.
I have mine connected via USB so it's not very fidgety. Only problem I have is I accidentally will print other items rather than label to the printer, and it churns out 4-6 labels of waste. I'd like to see a software stop interuppt me, "Do you REALLY want to print to the P750W". That would save the wasted tape.
Still haven't figured out how to print labels 2-3 at a time without importing data, I want to enter the data myself, just don't know how, and Brothers canned answer was for data importing, not data entering.
We went to the store talked to sales rep told him we're looking for a good label maker he sold us one.then went home to see what all it can do, not much at all one color one size, then found pt750 what a great machine all different colors and sizes. Works great . The wireless features is very nice with iPad .
I purchased this product for mostly office use. It does come in handy for all the folder labeling I must do. My only complaint about this product is in it's documentation and set-up guides. They both state that the Direct Connect feature is by default enabled for quick use of the product. After losing some time at work, I decided to install all software on my personal computer and open up the Communications options. Turns out this feature is in fact not enabled for quick use out of the box. After I changed those settings, I was able to create labels from my Android device quickly.
Works well with PC or IOS app. The embedded software is great for quick use with remote systems, without the hassle of downloading or carrying CD's, DVD's or flash drives. The rechargeable battery (optional) is perfect for a day in the field, while you can still use AC or regular batteries when necessary. Images, text, even barcodes are crisp and clear. The wide assortment of TZ tapes available means I can choose the ideal size color, texture or adhesive for whatever needs labeling..... Oh Brother, you got it right !!
Unbelievably difficult to setup in this day & age!

After two days of telephone Technical Support, I was instructed to return the label printer because nothing we did to trouble shoot the device would connect it to my home network. The second unit also required a call to Technical Support and eventually we were able to connect. The documentation accompanying this device is a mess, Brother needs to look at what companies like Apple, Sonos, etc are doing to make an excellent customer experience. This is a nice label maker, however, overpriced and a challenge to instal - be prepared for frustration!
