I will never buy another HP product. It is corporate greed to put blocking security chip in toner cartridge. I own the printer. I'm entitled to put any brand of toner i wish.

I had difficulties installing this into my HP Color LaserJet MFP M180nw. When I replaced my old cartridge with this one, my printer refused to print and kept giving an error about the cartridge not being a genuine HP product (even though it clearly was). It was difficult to resolve this error because all the support pages just told me to install a genuine product, rather than telling me what to do if it WAS a genuine product already. I did end up fixing the issue by updating the printer and reinstalling the new cartridge -- but it took a lot of troubleshooting to get there!
