Imaging Drum is expensive and fixed the problem.

Printer is working just fine ! But there was no instructions on how to install the new Imagining Drum. Luckily, I figured it out by checking with my HP toolbox.

Cost effective

Although the 3 pack purchase of color toners was cost effective I did not like the fact that I could not separate the boxes. They are glued together and I wanted to separate them so I could use the box from the new toner to return the used toner but I couldn't separate them. Since I do not need to replace all three colors at one time this type of packaging does not work well.

Easy to change out

This is the second HP printer I've owned and I'm never disappointed with their products.
The cartridge was very easy to switch out with new one. Only took a couple minutes. Instructions on the box made it simple. Love the fact that they still offer the recycling program with UPS label.

This product smears and does not print well

I purchased a black toner cartridge and had no problems. Then I ordered the yellow toner and all it does is smear the ink and does not print on all labels. Out of 10 labels only 2 were ok at the end of the printing. Tried everything ie.... recalculating, cleaning and same problem. May have to try a non oem product to see. Depressing for first time changing of yellow toner.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like to keep a spare when my toner gets low and with this kind of service, I really don't need to. HP toner performs very well and the printer has great color.
