erroneous low toner warnings suck - you don't know when you need to replace a cartridge. You have to clear the warnings to get any printing done.

The pack that I just received I have only opened magenta, it is good.
But I bought another pack months ago and the magenta does not work. The display says used with no indication of ink. I have never had this happen before. I would like a replacement of magenta.
