[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the yellow and cyan toners. they work great, but I'm confused as to why it's so very hard to send back recycled single toner cartridges. the web site seems to say only groups of 5 can be sent back. what about the home office user, not just the large corporate user?
also, why does my printer refuse to print in black and white when the color toners are "expired"? Now my printer is all locked up and I have to waste time figuring out how to get it going again.
other than these things, the products are great.
