[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought a laser jet printer in 2004 so I could save printing costs. The printer and toner are excellent products. I now use the black and white printer for my home use only(I retired). It seems like the cartridge lasts me almost 2 years. My printing costs are very low with these HP products.

The step by step instructions are in icons on the cartridge itself. The whole process of replacing the spent cartridge took just a few minutes and a couple more to package up the old one. The test page printed perfectly
