We love our printers,(we have 4 currently in use), and have bought a number of them over the years. They meet our needs wonderfully. The toner is great, but it is ridiculously expensive.

I've been a faithful client to HP for more years than some of you have been around, not much more I can say other than that.
This toner cartridge is for the best laser printer I've ever had ! I expect the finest quality and support from HP and have alyways receieved it with their products and services.

HP quality has gone WAY downhill. We're thinking of dumping all of our HP printer products due to so many issues. And don't try to contact HP for help. After being on hold for 30 minutes, they disconenct the call.

POOR PERFORMANCE

I purchased 2 05A cartridges about 1 week ago. I installed 1 cartridge immediately. A cartridge normally lasts abou 6 weeks to 2 months. This one lasted less than 1 week.I printed less than 100 pages before the ink ran out, and yes I did take it out and shake it!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replacement warning too soon

Printer gives a message to order a new cartridge long before it is actually needed. I ordered the new cartridge when prompted but have yet to install it, as the printer is still printing fine.

Dual Packs best value

The dual packs provide a great value for high-use customers. When toners start getting low, take them out and shake side-to-side for many extra pages of use.
